We no longer live in an era when a wallet can, or should, just be a wallet. With modern-day options that include RFID-blocking technology, it’s hard to imagine that the evolving utility of a money holder can increase any more than it already has. However, Dango has a knack for thinking outside of the box. And with its popular line of wallets, the California-based EDC brand has expanded the function of the device without needing to use any digital technology in the process.

Dango has just unveiled a new addition to its A-Series of wallets. Available in either bi-fold or single-pull versions, the A10 Spec-Ops collection was made with tactical individuals in mind. Like most of Dango’s products, these wallets do much more than advertised. Where the single comes with the MT05 multitool in tow, the bi-fold has both the MT05 and the MT01 clasp. Made from high carbon and stainless steel, the MT05 can be used in 18 different ways, such as a seatbelt cutter, dual paracord tensioners, an O2 oxygen wrench, a nail pryer, a standard 1/4” hex wrench, and even a bottle opener. If that’s not enough, the MT01 sports a chisel, an additional 1/4” hex wrench, another bottle opener, and a flat/Phillips-head screwdriver.

And then there are the wallets themselves. They’re made from CNC-machined 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum and proprietary DTEX, which combines a bullet-proof chassis with water-resistant and durable wallet skin that’s been ceramic coated with Cerakote. Aside from the multi-tools, there are several facets of these wallets. There’s the main wallet, which on the single-pull can hold four cards and on the bi-fold can hold twelve, and then there’s the RFID-blocking cavity, which holds the multitools and stores around four or five cards in its own right.

Whether you’re looking for the ultimate wallet or just like to be prepared at all times, the Dango A10 Spec-Ops collection is a great addition to your EDC loadout. Coming in either black or bronze, the single-pull is available for $139, while the bi-fold goes for $159.
